Daily Routine 2 – Continuing Change – Your kitchen/Pantry

Have you ever stopped and really looked at whats in your fridge and/or pantry? Continue making changes in your home. Remove all the 'quick' meal items in a box are filled with chemicals, preservatives and God knows what else. If those convenience items aren't there you're less likely to use them. I ended up in the hospital due to migraines. Discussions with my doctor ended with questions about all the preservatives and chemicals in my diet. I went home and threw away every 'quick' thing in a box. I haven't had a migraine in years. That was almost 30 years ago. That's actually what started my small changes, and I haven't looked back since. You can make a great broccoli, cheesy rice dish in less than 15 minutes. Take a look at how many chemicals and calories are actually in the amount of salad dressing you really drown that salad in. Switch to olive oil and vinegar with tons of spices in it, be creative with it. Do you really need cookies, cakes, soda, chips and ice cream all stocked up in your fridge? Try some fresh fruit, iced herbal tea with honey or a vanilla protein drink with fruit blended together when your sweet tooth hits you. Start looking for natural, clean, organic, free range, non-GMO alternatives to every item in your kitchen. You can make a great buttery, lemon pepper chicken dish in less than 20 minutes. Make replacements to these items one at a time, see what you like, what you don't, but start making the changes. Your body will love you for it.
