Daily Routine 1- Start with small changes.

Whats your daily routine? The alarm goes off and you're still so tired you hit the snooze 3 times before you crawl outta bed? Drink a half of a pot of coffee before you can function. Woof down something microwaved out of a box as you run out the door. Drink another half pot of coffee and 3 donuts at work just to keep moving. Grab some greasy fried thing at the drive through to eat for lunch as you run back to work. Then order a pizza when you get home because you're too tired to cook. Take a sleeping pill because you toss and turn thinking about what you still have to do. The alarm goes off again and you're still so tired you hit the snooze button.

If this sounds like your week, you're not alone.

If this sounds like your week and you're tired of being sick and tired you can change it.

If this sounds like your week and you're ready to make some changes read on.

Simple consistent changes made one at a time, over time WILL make you feel better. Don't try to stop drinking coffee, instead, add a cup of herbal tea. Instead of the 3 donuts, cut it to one donut and eat a good granola or protein bar that you actually like the flavor of. Order a salad with the pizza. Drink a cup of chamomile tea instead of taking that sleeping pill.

Small consistent changes will lead to more changes as you realize you feel better when you add the right things to your routine. Don't try to change everything at once, that's a recipe for failure. It took years to get to this point, its going to take some time to correct the damage. The beautiful thing is you're body will respond immediately to healthy changes.

Start making changes today.
