Now you have some tools, use them all consistently and watch what happens. There is no fad diet, no special pill, no magical supplement, no 10 day secret exercise that will make you truly improve and feel better. Eating a clean, wholesome way, using complete herbals, exercising and making time for rest and fun are the things that will get you feeling better, getting stronger, losing weight. As you make these small changes to the food you eat, consistently move and pay attention to how your body responds. You will go through times when your body is ridding itself of fat, chemicals, toxins and morbid matter. You may feel sick and sluggish, don't freak out. This is a step in the healing process. At these times make sure you're eating right and getting enough rest. It takes a lot of energy for your body to rid itself of the bad things it wants out. This is when you may need to assist your body with herbal compounds. Use complete, whole, herbal compounds – teas made from the whole herb, capsules with the whole herb ground into a powder, ointments, tinctures. Find a real Herbologist if you need help. Do Not just use some off the shelf 'natural' supplement. Some of these 'natural' supplements are no more than old time snake oil products. If you want a real natural product use complete herbal compounds made with the whole herb. You will continuously cycle through times you feel awesome and times when you need to rest and recuperation, pay attention to the signals your body is giving you. See your doctor again, tell them everything you've been doing, get their input. Talk to your Herbologist, see what they say. Research, educate yourself. As you go through these cycles you will grow, learn, get stronger, feel better. Consistency is the key, take the time to work through the low point and get right back to your high point, keep moving forward, don't look back. Enjoy this journey. It takes time. It took years to get outta shape and it will take time to get back in shape. Take the time to do it right, do it consistently, educate yourself and you'll be glad you did.
